Multi is a range of modular and extendable cabinets and cold rooms.
It is characterised by vertical and horizontal edge profiles, which allow for both simple and complex configurations.
The edge profiles are rounded to eliminate the presence of sharp corners inside the cold room, guaranteeing ease of cleaning.
It is modifiable for future evolutions and allows the use of a few types of panels for infinite compositions.

CRC Isothermal Panels VR120

Sandwich panels with tongue and groove joint produced with an air intake one-shot system, consisting of 2 laminates made of PRFV (polyester reinforced with glass fiber also known as fiberglass) between which high-density PUR foam is injected. Appropriate for the realization of cold rooms at both positive and negative temperatures, processing rooms, agricultural/food areas with highly aggressive agents such as dairies, cured meat factories, seafood/fish processing, and all food products in general.

Designed to provide excellent resistance to contact, thermal insulation, a pleasing appearance, hygiene, and easy assembly, perfect panel union is ensured through camlocks, which also make assembly easier.

CRC Isothermal Panels VH112 Glasincold

VH 112 is an innovative patented range of isothermal sandwich panels suitable for controlled temperature rooms.
The configuration of the joint and the Glasincold antibacterial embossed finishing guarantee high hygiene performance for environments with a high risk of fungal and/or bacterial contamination. The VH 112 panels offer high resistance to knocks, high thermal insulation performance and are easy to install, and do not require the use of external components such as silicone or clips.

Composition:
2 polyester resin composite laminates reinforced with fiberglass (PRF), between which the insulating polyurethane is injected at high pressure with the “Air intake system one-shot” system.

CRC Isothermal Panels PM100-120-DS3

Sandwich panels tongue-and-groove joint, with cam locks, manufactured in accordance with European standard EN 14509:2013, specifically designed for the construction of controlled temperatures and humidity rooms, food packaging rooms, clean rooms, ensure high performances of thermal insulation, mechanical strength, hygiene, and rapid assembling.

CRC Isothermal Wall Panel/Ceiling Panel

CRC uses a specific “linear” junction system between the panels and the other components that, unlike the “male-female” one, offer a high product versatility both as a wall panel and as a ceiling panel. Furthermore, this allows to increase and/or modify the cold rooms at any moment according to the needs.

The standard panels have both an internal and an external finish in scratch-resistant white galvanized pre-painted steel coated sheet, thickness 0,5 mm. The insulation among the panels is obtained by means of polyurethane foam (PUR) with a density of 43 Kg/m³.

CRC Isothermal Floor Panels

All Boxcold floor panels have an internal finish in anti-slip grey PVC coated steel sheet, insulation in polyurethane foam (PUR) with a density of 43 Kg/m³ and a lower external finish in scratch-resistant white galvanized pre-painted steel coated sheet, thickness 0,6 mm.

0,6 mm steel sheet glued on a 12 mm wood composite.

CRC Isothermal Floor Panels

All Boxcold floor panels have an internal finish in anti-slip grey PVC coated steel sheet, insulation in polyurethane foam (PUR) with a density of 43 Kg/m³ and a lower external finish in scratch-resistant white galvanized pre-painted steel coated sheet, thickness 0,6 mm.

0,6 mm steel sheet glued on a 20 mm wood composite and PVC reinforcement spacers foamed in the shape of a honeycomb structure inside the panel.

CRC Isothermal Door VVPE: with Polyethylene Leaf

The semi-insulating doors VVPE - VVPEG (to-and-from in high-density polyethylene) are designed for installations in air-conditioned rooms with minimum working temperatures > 12 °C, ∆T < 12 °C, U.R. < 60% they can only be used as service entrances and not for uses requiring a hermetic and thermal seal. They can be supplied for installation on panels or brick walls.
High-density polyethylene is a sturdy material with excellent rigidity and resistance to impact. For this reason, VVPE doors are particularly suited to environments where there is heavy traffic of trolleys; polyethylene is also a non-toxic material and it has good chemical resistance.

CRC Isothermal Door UNIKA VISIOFLEX

The Transparent Flexible Doors Unika Visioflex are an effective barrier to the passage of air through isothermal doors in the event they remain open due to intensive traffic, whether pedestrian or trolleys. They offer maximum protection against heat loss, controlling energy consumption. They are also a valid solution in case a dividing door with maximum visibility is required.

The absence of posts allows optimization of the door opening, unlike the conventional “FLAP” doors. It is much more accessible compared to the traditional Strip Doors as it avoids the hassle of strips that fall against the operator, so passage is easier even when the user’s hands are full. They are easy to install and virtually maintenance-free.

CRC Isothermal Door FX

The flap doors in PVC (flexible doors), available in a double-door version, consist primarily of a sturdy structure in galvanised steel (painted or optional stainless steel) that sustains a flexible skirt of transparent PVC, suitable for use with positive temperatures or, upon request, with low temperatures, conveniently reinforced in high-stress points and complete with a torsion-spring reclosing mechanism.

They are available in 3 different versions:
Manual (as described above), operates with a simple push.
Pneumatic touch, complete with an actuation device consisting of two-way pneumatic pistons that allow the doors to open with a light push, in both directions, with a spring catch.
Electro-pneumatic, complete with an actuation device consisting of one-way pneumatic pistons that allow the doors to open, in a single direction, following the activation of a remote control such as a photocell, radar, metal detector, button, or pull-cord, with a torsion-spring reclosing system.

CRC Isothermal Door ST

The PVC strip curtains are suitable for separating different working areas and they serve as flexible barriers next to isothermal doors, to reduce the thermal loss or the entry of hot air (to prevent condensation) during the daily operation of opening and closing.
