General Manager

We are looking for a resilient & Experienced General Manager to contribute to the growth of our Company.
The selected candidate will be a person with strong leadership skills.

 

Main Duties:

 

• Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our Company within each respective division.
• Carry out market research to identify new business opportunities and growth.
• Making new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Develop and maintain excellent relations through meetings with individual and corporate clients.
• Remain abreast of current schemes and grants applicable to various corporate and individual clients
• Generate leads and conclude into business
• Ensure that established targets are achieved on a quarterly and annual basis

 

Requirements:

 

• Management & Sales experience ( At least 3 years )
• Possess excellent time management and communication skills
• Be sales driven, target oriented and organised
• Great networking and negotiation skills
• Have an outgoing personality, highly motivated and able to work individually
• Must Speak Maltese and English, Italian will be considered an asset
• Must provide a clean police conduct
• In possession of a clean, valid driving license

 

Education:
A bachelor’s degree.
