Steel Fixer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Fixer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and fixing steel reinforcements in concrete structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction principles, be adept at reading technical drawings, and possess hands-on experience with steel fixing in various construction projects.

Requirements:

• Applicants need to be living in Malta or from within the EU.
• Must have experience in handling power tools.
• Must Speak English
• experience as a Steel Fixer in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficient in using tools such as rebar cutters, benders, and tiers.
• Knowledge of different types of steel reinforcements and their applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy steel materials.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to a safe working environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
