Project Manager

We are looking for a resilient Project Manager to contribute to the growth of our Company.

Main Duties:

• Planning and Monitoring Projects from Pre Project to Post Project
• Creating Production, Construction and finishing’s schedules
• Assigning task as required for the site manager & employees to execute.
• Preparing reports for the Director
• Monthly reports for the Director of positions of all sites / projects
• Providing all documents as requested by the project Architect / client
• Contracting third party contractors as required
• Analysis of market prices both in competitor prices and rates
• Point of Contact for architect / client and providing plans for contractors and site manager
• Handling all contractor contracts

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing various projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD or any other software
• Fluency in both English and Maltese is a Must
• In possession of a valid driver’s license
• High level of organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as alongside colleagues
