Business Development Executive

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our clients sales team. The sales executives responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating the CRM database and meeting sales targets.
The selected candidate will be a person with strong leadership skills, who is able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders and someone who displays a strong sense of presence and carisma. To be successful as a Business Development Executive, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Business Development Executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

 

Main Duties:

 

• Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our Company within each respective division.

• Carry out market research to identify new business opportunities and growth.
• Making new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Develop and maintain excellent relations through meetings with individual and corporate clients.
• Remain abreast of current schemes and grants applicable to various corporate and individual clients
• Generate leads and conclude into business
• Ensure that established targets are achieved on a quarterly and annual basis

 

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience or having experience in the Residential, Commercial & Industrial sectors will be considered an asset.
• Proven experience or having experience in the Residential, Commercial & Industrial sectors will be considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of the Maltese language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software programs, such as Odoo.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a track record in sales.
• Hold strong business acumen as well as tech literacy. Focus on solutions rather than on problems. be considered an asset.
• Proven ability to prioritise and think strategically.
• Entrepreneurial, reliable and resourceful.

Education:
A bachelor’s degree.
