Are you an architect, designer or just a very creative soul?

If you are a professional working in the field of architecture and interior design, you might just have found your ideal partner.  In your line of business, creativity is key.  However, while on paper it might be easy to come up with avant-garde sketches, designs and renders, you still need to build the right alliance with a company that can turn your visions into reality.

On the other hand, if you are simply a creative person with a vision, but who lacks the right technical expertise to bring your own dreams to life, put your trust in us and we won’t let you down.

Professional consultation

The very first phase of any project is the initial consultation.  Sit down with our team of experts to discuss your ideas and what you would like to achieve, whether for yourself or for your respective clients.  Our lead foreman will present to you our team, entirely employed by our company.  Time frames will be discussed and provisional targets will be set.  Special requirements imposed by the planning authority or building site location can also be discussed at this stage.

Initial concepts

The second phase entails discussions of a more practical and specific nature.  The actual designs will be studied, 2D and 3D renders can be produced by our team, if such are not readily available.  From the choice of material to the selection of colours, everything will be put on the table.  The outcome of these discussions will be a clear way forward on what needs to be done and how it needs to be carried out, to ensure that the entire project is brought to life just as it was envisaged.

Project management CRC Group Malta
Project management

All projects, big or small, are bound by inevitable deadlines.  Time frames that need to be reached to avoid fines, excessive costs, delays in income and a myriad of other reasons.  For this reason, a project manager will be assigned to the project to make sure that dates are respected and that all workers collaborate in unison.  Our strength is that all workers are employed by us and not sub-contracted.  This gives us a lot of flexibility when something does not go as planned.  Down-time is kept at a minimum and time frames are most certainly adhered to.
